This project for PRL 214 involved giving a presentation on Adidas's Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility (DEIA) efforts. This was an interesting opportunity to learn more about DEIA and its value as well as continue to research how major companies (like Adidas, whom I focused on much of the semester) focus on these initiatives.
